RED ROSE RATINGS – ENGLAND 37 – 18 AUSTRALIA                Date: 24th November 2018                Location: Twickenham Stadium, London, England                Referee: Jaco Peyper (South Africa)                Attendance: 81,275 England rounded off their autumn international series with a second-half inspired win against Australia. The hosts turned on the style in a second period that they totally dominated against the visiting Wallabies. There will be plenty for Eddie Jones to take away from an action packed series in which his side won three out of four of their tests against southern hemisphere opposition. 15 – Elliot Daly (Wasps) – 7 Ran a wonderful line to collect the ball for his try and then finished brilliantly using his impressive balanced running. Still remains suspect in defence and under the high ball which are still preventing him from nailing down his spot in the side. Eddie Jones looks keen to have him here though. 14 – Joe Cokanasiga (Bath) - 8  Ba

RED ROSE RATINGS – ENGLAND 35 – 15 JAPAN

RED ROSE RATINGS – ENGLAND 35 – 15 JAPAN                Date: 17th November 2018                Location: Twickenham Stadium, London, England                Referee: Paul Williams (New Zealand)                Attendance: 81,000 It was anything but plain sailing for England as Japan ran them far closer than the twenty point victory lets on. The visitors led 15-10 at half-time, an advantage they thoroughly deserved as England failed to get any rhythm going in either attack or defence. The reaction did eventually come and with twenty minutes left to go the hosts finally took control once and for all to help avoid what would have been nothing short of a disaster. 15 – Elliot Daly (Wasps) – 6 Continues to look shaky under the high ball and was skinned alive by Leitch for Japan's second try. Did a better job going forward, counter attacked well and played a role in Care's early score. Also kicked another long range penalty to keep England in touch. 14 – Chris Ashton

RED ROSE RATINGS - ENGLAND 15 - 16 NEW ZEALAND

RED ROSE RATINGS – ENGLAND 15 – 16 NEW ZEALAND                Date: 10th November 2018                Location: Twickenham Stadium, London, England                Referee:  J érôme Garcès  (France)                Attendance: 82,149 Having benefited from a marginal call last week it was England's turn to experience the other side of the coin as they lost by a single point to the world champions. Having trailed by 15 points at one stage the All Blacks roared back to lead before a controversial, potentially match-winning Sam Underhill score was chalked off by the TMO 15 – Elliot Daly (Wasps) – 6 Did a reasonably good job marshalling the backfield in tricky conditions against a side that constantly requires you to be on your toes. Showed a lovely bit of athleticism to keep a penalty in play and seemed to exude confidence after this when trying to reignite attacks. 14 – Chris Ashton (Sale Sharks) - 7 Rewarded his coach's faith with a well taken early try which

RED ROSE RATINGS - ENGLAND 12 - 11 SOUTH AFRICA

RED ROSE RATINGS – ENGLAND 12 – 11 SOUTH AFRICA                Date: 3rd November 2018                Location: Twickenham Stadium, London, England                Referee: Angus Gardner (Australia)                Attendance: 82,000 England kicked off their testing quartet of Autumn internationals with a scrappy win against the Springboks. The South Africans scored the game’s only try and they were denied a controversial penalty right at the death, one which would have given them the chance to kick for the game. 15 – Elliot Daly (Wasps) – 5 Looked unsure when collecting the high ball and his own kicking in-play often lacked precision. Also made some questionable attacking decisions, did however kick a crucial long-range penalty that in such a tight encounter was worth its weight in goal. His ability to shoot from distance, based on today’s game, seems to be the only clear advantage he has over Mike Brown. 14 – Jack Nowell (Exeter Chiefs) – 6 Yet again he worked
